The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when
registering for the conference.
Every paper must have at least one paid full registration before July 17 in order to
be included in the conference proceedings.
Authors with multiple papers must pay one full registration for
each paper.
Refund Policy
Cancellation by November 1, 2020: Full refund besides the $50 USD administrative fee.
Cancellation by December 1, 2020: 50% refund of paid registration.
Cancellation after December 1, 2020: No refund.
However, you may substitute another person for your registration
at any time.

in the event if you want to make a substitution.
If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has
already been included in the proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
Paper Presentation
Every paper must be presented by one of the authors either via a pre-recorded video or in-person at the conference.
This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such
papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Please send emails to

with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that
would make attendance impossible.
